Carême’s butter puff pastry is our signature product. Using the French method to ensure superior lift, flavour and texture, our ready-made puff pastry produces feather-light layers of crisp, buttery goodness that will delight your customers.

  • Is fast to defrost in sheet form

Flour (Wheat), Butter (32%), (Cream (Milk)), Water, Salt, Vinegar.
Contains Milk, Gluten.
No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives.

Storage

Keep Frozen at or below -18 C.
Shelf Life: 12 months (frozen)
Use within: 48 hours once defrosted
